OUR WARRANTIES AT A GLANCE
20 Year Product Warranty – Standard warranty for our Above and Below Ground membranes.
20 Year System Warranty – Premium Warranty available for our Tanking and Hydrotech membranes on request only.
1 Year Product Warranty – On our accessories when used as stand alone products.
IMPORTANT: Our Product & System Warranty cover different aspects and have different pre-requisites in order to be achieved.
CETCO Hydroshield Warranty is offered by our supplier CETCO, on a selected range of Tanking membranes and on a case by cases basis. CETCO Hydroshield Warranty is a premium warranty, independently certified and it must be requested and approved by CETCO prior to the development of the project.

ALLCO WARRANTIES
Waterproofing requirements vary significantly depending on the job complexity, site conditions, and technical requirements and your warranty should reflect that. Product Warranty & System Warranty cover different aspects and have different pre-requisites in order to be achieved.
Product Warranty covers the quality and integrity of the product installed for 20 years while the installation of the membrane is covered by the applicator.
System Warranty is a comprehensive warranty that includes the quality and integrity of the product and the installation of the membrane as part of the 20 warranty cover.
System Warranty must be requested by the Architect/Engineer/Specifier. Drawing/specifications are first assessed and approved by Allco prior to the job commencement. Allco must be involved in the project from the beginning and installation can only be carried out by a selected list of approved applicators.
