We’re absolutely thrilled to introduce our new Managing Director, Tony Broome. With his extensive experience and proven track record in business leadership, we’re confident that Tony’s arrival will further strengthen our team and drive Allco toward even greater success.

Tony’s commitment to leading by example and fostering a culture of passion and determination aligns perfectly with our values here at Allco. His management style and expertise in the New Zealand, Trans-Tasman, and South Pacific markets, will undoubtedly be invaluable assets as we continue our growth.

“I am excited to be joining Allco, a well-established NZ owned and operated business. Allco is well positioned to continue its growth, providing the best waterproofing solutions and keeping Kiwis dry for many years to come. We have many exciting projects in the pipeline so it’s going to be an exciting journey ahead,” said Tony.

Outside of work, Tony is usually busy with his five children and partner, enjoying the water, whether it’s fishing or exploring Waitemata Harbour on a jetski. He also enjoys a bit of squash and quality time with friends.

Additionally, we bid farewell to our CEO, Dean Harper, who has been an integral part of Allco for the past five years. Dean played a pivotal role in realigning our business’s direction and taking it to the next level. We’ve made remarkable strides in a relatively short period, and the incredible transformation of Allco under Dean’s leadership has been truly inspiring. We extend our heartfelt best wishes to Dean for his future endeavors.
